How to exchange an inductive sensor on any machine

Exchange inductive sensors on any machine step by step with our tutorial. If there is any help needed, do not hesitate to call us!

Required tools:
17mm wrench & 13mm wrench

Step 1:
Unplug the machine from its power supply
Loosen the cover of the sensor that should be exchanged

Step 2:
Loosen the nut of the cable that is attached to the sensor. Then unplug the cable.

Step 3:
Loosen the nut that holds the sensor in place.

Step 4:
Unscrew the sensor from the cover.

Step 5:
The replacement sensor can now be assembled in the reverse order. Screw the new sensor into the cover.

Step 6:
Tighten the nut that holds the sensor in place

Step 7:
Plug in and tighten the sensor cable. The replacement is now finished
