How to exchange the power inverter on any machine

Exchange the power inverter on any machine step by step with our tutorial. If there is any help needed, do not hesitate to call us!

Required tools

• Cable tie
• Side cutter
• Flat-head screwdriver
• Cross-head screwdriver
• Torx screwdriver

Step 1:

• Take a note of the node number currently displayed on the inverter!
• If nothing is displayed or you forgot to take the note, give us a call and we tell you the node number.

Step 2:

• Unplug the machine from its power supply!

Step 3:

• Start disassembling the old inverter!

Step 4:

• The old inverter is now disassembled.
• Start assembling the replacement inverter!

Step 5:

• Power on the machine and set the right node number by turning the wheel and pressing until AddrC appears in the display!

Step 6:

• Unplug the machine and then plug it in again.
• The machine is now ready to work again.
