How to exchange a photoelectric sensor on any machine

Exchange photoelectric sensors on any machine step by step with our tutorial. If there is any help needed, do not hesitate to call us!

Required tools:
2,5 mm allen key & needle-nose pliers

Step 1:
Unplug the machine from its power supply!
Loosen the nut of the plug attached to the sensor and unplug it.

Step 2:
Loosen the two allen screws that hold the sensor in place.

Step 3:
The sensor is now free to be removed and replaced.

Step 4:
The new sensor is assembled in the reverse order.
First, tighten the two allen screws.

Step 5:
Plug in and tighten the sensor cable.
